Get to know Satwinder Sahota
Satwinder is an experienced family solicitor and Director at Moss & Coleman, where she has led the family law department since 2021. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 and has specialised in family law throughout her career.
Satwinder has extensive experience in all aspects of divorce and separation, with particular experience in complex financial matters – including high-value settlements, business and property interests, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She also advises on cohabitation disputes and financial claims between unmarried couples. In addition to her work on divorce and finances, Satwinder regularly represents parents and extended family members in private children matters such as Child Arrangements Order, Special Guardianship Orders, and relocation cases.
As a member of Resolution, Satwinder is committed to resolving matters constructively and with minimal conflict where possible.
