Domestic Abuse Hornchurch

If you are experiencing domestic abuse—whether physical, emotional, or verbal—we are here to help. Our compassionate and experienced family law solicitors can take swift legal action to protect you and your children from harm.

Legal Protection from Domestic Abuse

We can assist you in making urgent court applications for:

  • Non-Molestation Orders – to prevent an abusive partner from contacting or approaching you
  • Occupation Orders – to remove the abusive person from your home or restrict their access

We will work with you to assess your situation and take the appropriate legal steps to ensure your safety and wellbeing, as well as that of any children involved.

Protecting Children from Domestic Violence

Your children’s safety is our priority. We can advise you on:

  • Child arrangements to restrict contact with an abusive parent
  • Emergency measures to safeguard vulnerable children
  • Pursuing divorce or separation from a violent partner, if needed

Our team is experienced in handling sensitive cases involving domestic violence and coercive control, and we act quickly to secure the legal protection you deserve.

Defence Against False Allegations of Domestic Abuse

We also represent individuals who have been unfairly accused of domestic abuse. If you are facing allegations that are false or exaggerated, we can help you respond appropriately and ensure your legal rights are protected throughout the process.
