Get to know Keely Chalker

Keely qualified as a Legal Executive in 2003. Following a career break she returned to the law in 2015 and has specialised in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate since then.

Keely joined Moss and Coleman in 2025, joining our well established Private Client department.

Outside of work Keely enjoys swimming – both in the pool and in the open water.

Keely can be contacted on 07407 401681 for enquiries relating to Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She is happy to assist with any questions and guide clients through the process with clear, practical advice.

Get to know Nicola Moore

Nicola started her career with Moss & Coleman in January 2012, undertaking her training contract with the Firm and subsequently qualified as a Solicitor in June 2014; she became a Director in 2021.

Nicola specialises in all matters relating to the Private Client department, but with specific focus on Will drafting, preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and some conveyancing matters.

In her personal life, Nicola enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Get to know Chloe Bonner

Chloe joined Moss & Coleman as a Paralegal in March 2023 after completing her Law Degree, Legal Practice Course and Masters in Legal Practice. She has since then completed her Training Contract gaining valuable experience in Conveyancing, Litigation and Private Client. Chloe qualified as a Solicitor in July 2025. 

Chloe now works within the Private Client and Litigation departments.

In her spare time, Chloe enjoys travelling and spending time with her friends and family.

Get to know Emmi McGill

Emmi joined the firm in May of 2022 as a Paralegal and in August of 2022 as a Trainee
Solicitor - qualifying as a Solicitor in June of 2024.

Emmi has a breadth of knowledge in areas across the firm including trusts and estates,
litigation, and conveyancing. Emmi’s areas of practice comprise of the administration of
trusts and estates, the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of
Protection applications and contentious probate matters. Emmi is looking forward to starting her STEP Diploma in January of 2025.

On a personal note, in her spare time, Emmi enjoys spending time with friends and family and training at the gym. Emmi has a passion for music and enjoys attending live
performances.
