Landlord and Tenant Matters Hornchurch
We regularly advise both residential and commercial landlords and tenants on tenancy-related disputes. This includes issues such as rent arrears, possession proceedings, tenancy terminations, dilapidations, disrepair, or breaches of lease terms.
Our goal is always to achieve a practical and commercially sensible outcome, whether that involves recovering lost rent, restoring possession, or maintaining positive long-term tenancy relationships. We also assist with lease renewals, drafting and serving statutory notices, and interpreting complex lease provisions.
With a clear understanding of both landlord and tenant perspectives, we aim to resolve disputes efficiently, reducing stress and avoiding protracted litigation whenever possible.
